Refund policy

Not convinced with your purchase, no problem! We want you to be delighted with your every purchase and we understand sometimes you must touch and feel the product to know if it is right for you. You can return your purchase either for an exchange or for return.

Returns
We follow a one month (30 days) return policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all the original packaging and tags. Below items are not returnable/refundable: Customised items, Gift cards, Partially used gift cards, Shipping costs, Products categorized as No Waste Sale and Relove, Customs duty and Government taxes etc.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. We encourage you to carefully review the size chart and product details before making your selection. Thank you for your understanding

Here are the 3 quick steps to return a product: 1. E-mail your request at support@fifthorigins.com along with the reason within one month (30 days) of your purchase. (We would appreciate if you could provide us with the feedback as it helps us to improve our product and services.) 2. We will verify your request. 3. Provide you with the return shipping instructions.

* At this stage, we cannot cover your shipping costs, and we appreciate your understanding. You will have to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect it and send you confirmation e-mail if your refund was approved or not, with a reason for doing so. Any approved refund will be processed to your original form of payment. It usually takes around 15-20 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If you notice any kind of delay please contact us at support@fifthorigins.com. For the approved exchange, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking link as soon as we ship the same. Each product is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans and has own handmade characteristics which make it one of its kind. If you have questions related to slight irregularities or if you think these irregularities are not acceptable please do reach out to us on support@fifthorigins.com. *Including photos of the irregularities helps us in providing you guidance/solution.

Exchange :

We completely understand that sometimes a piece may not feel quite right, and we are always happy to help with exchanges whenever possible.

If you would like to exchange your item for another product:

  • If the new item is lower in price, we will refund the difference.
  • If the new item is higher in price, we will send a payment link for the remaining balance.

For exchange shipping, we charge a flat fee:

  • €5 for exchanges within the EU
  • €10 for exchanges outside the EU

The actual shipping costs are often significantly higher than these amounts, especially for international orders, but we try to keep exchange costs as manageable as possible for our customers while still sustaining our small business and artisan network.

For our US customers, we will continue covering tariffs/customs charges on exchanged items as well, so you should not receive unexpected customs invoices during delivery.
