These fragments are usually considered too small or irregular to reuse. Here, they become the starting point.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"966\"\u003eThe scraps were hand-cut into short ribbons, carefully joined into longer strands, and woven as weft yarns on a traditional loom. Lighter warp yarns were intentionally chosen so the rewoven ribbons remain dominant, creating a rich, layered surface. Look closely and you may recognise traces of earlier jackets—memory woven into cloth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1215\"\u003eEach piece in The Last Percent is unique. The process is slow, highly labour-intensive, and not designed for scale.
